Founder & Psychotherapist
Shawna Weekly
Shawna Weekly is a licensed mental health counselor with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, and families. Her approach is holistic and mindfulness-based, with a focus on helping clients better understand anxiety, ADHD, and life’s challenges while developing effective coping skills that support long-term growth and emotional well-being.

Shawna earned her undergraduate degree from Colgate University and her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University. Her professional background includes work as a school-based therapist, clinical psychotherapist, and supervisor within Head Start programs. She later opened her private practice and went on to serve for nine years as an Adjustment Counselor and Director of Wellness at Rising Tide Charter Public School, where she oversaw student mental health services, supervised multidisciplinary teams, developed health curricula for grades 5–12, and led family education initiatives focused on mental health, safety, and equity.​

Shannon Van Wyk
Shannon Van Dyk is a therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, collaborative space for exploration and growth. Her person-centered approach draws from evidence-based practices including somatic work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. Shannon works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma—including generational and religious trauma—identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ identity development, with a focus on honoring each client’s unique path to healing.

Shannon earned her Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State University, and her work is deeply rooted in social work values of advocacy, inclusivity, and understanding each person within the context of their environment and community. She is passionate about supporting clients in building coping skills, healing from past experiences, and creating lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. ​

Bruce Barrett
Bruce Barrett is a therapist whose work is grounded in Narrative Therapy, helping individuals make meaning of their life experiences and reconnect with purpose, resilience, and hope. He believes healing emerges through understanding our stories, cultivating perspective, and reclaiming authorship over the narratives that shape our lives. Bruce brings lived experience to his work and supports clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, addiction, ADHD and identity-related challenges with depth, compassion, and curiosity.

Bruce specializes in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those experiencing life transitions, relationship concerns, codependency, and self-esteem challenges. He has extensive experience working with couples as well as supporting veterans, military families, and individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, spirituality, and reintegration after significant life changes. His approach emphasizes connection, meaning-making, and the belief that healing is strengthened through fellowship and shared understanding.

Sarah Murray
Sarah Murray is a clinician who works collaboratively with clients navigating trauma, loss, and grief, with a focus on empowerment, acceptance, and healing. She believes therapy is not about fixing oneself, but about discovering strength through understanding and honoring all parts of the self.
Sarah creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients are encouraged to lead the conversation, gain insight, and reframe their experiences with compassion and clarity.
Sarah’s approach is rooted in meeting each individual where they are and co-creating meaningful coping strategies to support healing and resilience. Through reflection, curiosity, and collaboration, she helps clients develop self-awareness, move through grief, and find renewed perspective, hope, and inner strength.

Lucas Webber
Lucas Webber is a mental health counselor who believes the foundation of effective therapy is a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. He creates a judgment-free space where clients can explore past experiences, present challenges, and future goals while identifying strengths and areas for growth. Lucas works with individuals of all ages using an integrative approach that blends cognitive behavioral therapy with person-centered care, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Lucas earned his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. His professional experience includes volunteering at a residential treatment program for men with substance use disorders, serving as a psychological intern at the Alliance for Eating Disorders with a focus on male eating disorders, and working as a Junior Clinician and Case Manager at Pillars of Good Health, where he supported clients with complex mental health needs.

Hannah Rogers
Hannah Rogers is a clinical mental health counselor who offers both in-person and virtual therapy, with a particular focus on providing accessible and supportive telehealth services. She creates a welcoming, collaborative space where clients can process their experiences, gain insight, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Hannah works with individuals across the lifespan and helps clients focus on what they can control while building practical tools they can apply in everyday life.

Hannah earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and began her career working at MIT Student Mental Health and Counseling. She has experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and brings an open, grounded energy to her work. Outside of the therapy space, Hannah enjoys playing guitar, baking, and spending time at the beach, and she looks forward to connecting with new clients.
